About Me

Hi! I’m Hannah, born and raised in Portland, Oregon. When I graduated from Portland State University in 2018, I joined the workforce using my degree in Environmental Studies by working for Sound Native Plants, a habitat restoration company focusing on urban environments. After over a year of restoring habitats and cleaning waterways in the Portland metro area, I pivoted into writing and editing when I joined the team at WikiHow. I continued that role in my volunteer position at RagTag Magazine, a Pacific Northwest lifestyle magazine that focuses on community and sustainability.

Currently, I work for SMB Team as a Lead Content Writer helping lawyers and law firms attract more clients. With a combination of SEO strategies and marketing techniques, I create long-form content including blogs, practice area pages, FAQs, about pages, and more. I also help with taglines and making edits requested by clients. Brand recognition is something that I’m passionate about, and I pride myself on my ability to write for a wide variety of audiences.

When I’m not working, you can find me listening to bad music, working on hand embroidery, or walking my dog around my neighborhood in Southeast Portland.
